If less than 6 are registered\, refunds will be issued.\n\n\n Instructor: Allan Marteney Born and raised in Arlington\, Virginia\, Allan is a proud native of the D.C. area with more than 47 years of full-time experience in real estate. Since obtaining his salesperson's license in 1978\, and his Broker's license in 1986\, Allan has been a successful Sales Associate\, Supervising Broker\, Principal Broker\, and Owner/Broker of a multi-office firm. Allan's career includes leadership as President of the Board of Directors and former CEO of a local real estate association\, as well as serving on many committees throughout the region. With more than three decades of teaching experience as a board-certified instructor\, Allan has guided thousands of agents through licensing and continuing education and is known for an engaging and practical teaching style. Currently an Associate Broker with a local real estate firm\, Allan serves clients across Northern Virginia and beyond while continuing to share his knowledge and passion for real estate and professional excellence.
